Agendas
Pitstone Parish Council usually meets on the last thursday of every month in the meeting room of the Memorial Hall. Other meetings may occur during the year as required.
Agendas will be posted on village noticeboards and in this forum at least three clear days before meetings.

Parish Council minutes will be published in draft form and then replaced with final versions once they are agreed and signed by the Chairman. Appendices to the minutes will not be posted, but are available for inspection by prior arrangement with the Clerk to the Council.
